1. Phonemes of English

Here is a chart with the phonetic alphabet for English.

You can also listen to American and British vowels on Ladefoged's site,
Ladefoged being a grand old man of phonetics.

For consonants, you need to know about place and manner of articulation, and voicing.

Some practice.

VOWELS
